The Challenge
Monitoring in Demanding Environments
Industrial, commercial, and research environments require accurate, reliable temperature monitoring across multiple points simultaneously. A single failure or missed alarm can result in product loss, equipment damage, or safety incidents.
The Wiring Problem
Traditional wired thermocouple systems are costly to install, inflexible to relocate, and impractical in temporary or field-based applications. Cables create hazards and limit sensor placement to fixed locations.
Lack of Portability & Visibility
Existing solutions are often rack-mounted or fixed installations. Teams lack a portable, self-contained system that can be rapidly deployed anywhere, with real-time alarms, trend logging, and an intuitive interface — all in one rugged unit.
Our Solution
Rugged, Self-Contained Case
The entire monitoring system is housed in a ruggedized carry case, powered by 120 or 230VAC. Designed for portability and protection, the system can be rapidly deployed to any site and withstands harsh environments without compromise.
8 Wireless K-Type Thermocouples
Eight independent K-type thermocouple sensors, each with its own wireless transmitter, provide flexible placement across the monitoring area. No cabling required between sensors and the base unit — eliminating installation complexity and trip hazards..
Alarm Beacon & Sounder
The system includes a flashing alarm beacon and audible sounder to immediately alert operators when temperature thresholds are breached. High and low set points are independently configurable per channel for precise, application-specific alarm control.
Intuitive Touchscreen Control Interface
The system features a clear, colour touchscreen display providing real-time visibility of all eight temperature channels. Navigate between monitoring, alarm configuration, trend graphs, and alarm history with ease.

The built-in trend graph displays temperature profiles over time with timestamped data points. Instantly identify drift, spikes, or sustained exceedances across channels at a glance.
Alarm History & Error Reporting
Alarm History Page for full record of trigger dates, times, and messages. Communication Error Codes for wireless gateway and relay error counters with one-touch reset. Trend History for reviewing past trends for pattern analysis and reporting.
