Programming and Commissioning of Insulation Machine

A network of 6 Omron PLCs and 2 Omron HMIs needed programming, along with integrating with an oven controlled by a Siemens S7 PLC and HMI. It was a machine that takes different ingredients of fibres, blends them, forms and bakes them into a flat insulation sheet, with a cutter/rollup at the end.
